Lesley Ann Brandt (born December 2nd in 1981) is an South African actress, model and TV host. Brandt began her acting career in her role in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. Then she was offered her first American performance in Spartacus: Blood and Sand as Naevia. The actress appeared in numerous television series over the course of the last decade, such as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies, and The Librarians. Since 2016, Brandt is playing the character of Mazikeen in the series of urban fantasy Lucifer starring Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was born in Cape Town South Africa. In her late teens, she moved into Auckland New Zealand along with her siblings and mother. Brandt started her modelling career with ads and commercials. Before she became a renowned model, Brandt worked as a retail salesperson and as a recruitment consultant for the information technology industry. In 2009, she landed her first role in Leilani as Leilani in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. in 2021, her first major role came as Naevia the slave in Starz's Spartacus Blood and Sand. The role of Naevia is also reprised by her on the Spartacus mini-series Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker starred alongside her on three shows that aired on television: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she began to portray the role of a bounty hunter named Mazikeen on the Netflix series Lucifer. Her leading role until now. The show co-stars her with Tom Ellis Lauren Germany Kevin Alejandro and D. B. Woodside.
